The Pain: For over 75 years, the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association (MHBA) has upheld professional excellence in the province’s residential construction industry. After nearly a century, the MHBA’s brand was in need of an upgrade to reflect today’s homebuilding industry, engage the public and attract new members.
The 6P Solution: Drawing on our experience and knowledge of the construction and real estate industry, we provided a refreshed brand expression to position the MHBA and its members as industry leaders, and a marketing plan to help grow awareness and increase market presence and recognition.
The Outcome: Cohesive, consistent marketing and a central online hub that provides members with resources and gives homeowners everything they need to build or renovate their homes from start to finish. Altogether, this helped increase awareness and appreciation of the Association while creating a more involved and growing membership.
